Prompt: AI Writes Emails for Your Customers

Writing emails is a crucial aspect of business communication.

A lot of our time is spent dealing with email. Writing, reading, condensing tasks from email etc.

Intuitively, I thought about how at least some of these emails could be majorly written by ChatGPT.

And that’s where I came up with the characteristics of today’s prompt.

It’s a simple one. The magic happens when you give the output constraints.

“Make it no more than 150 words”

“Use a polite and friendly tone”

(Zoom in if required)

This literally looks exactly like an email I’d get if I emailed an app about a feature that wasn’t working properly.

You can play around with the tone and style further. I talked about how to make ChatGPT write like you.

TL;DR: ask it to analyze some of your previous writing and write the email in that tone.

If your company prefers a witty, funny tone… go for that!

That's it, a ready-to-use email is prepared for you.

One thing to note: this method might take longer than actually writing a response to the email (for the first time).

But as you get more familiar with it… it’ll save you a ton of time.
