AI productivity hacks, use cases and prompts

Welcome back to Prompts Daily.

This Sunday, I want you to sit back, relax, and enjoy this deep dive to help your sales team boost their revenue using Attention AI.

If you missed the previous issue, you can find it here. We’ve already covered 3 ways you can use Attention to automate your sales.

Since then, they’ve launched a game-changing feature. It’s called Generalized Insights.

Basically, you can ask any question about your sales conversations, across your entire library of calls, and get an instant answer. We’ll get into examples in just a second.

For now, just know that this tool is invaluable for sales leaders who want to stay on top of their game and ensure that their team is always closing deals.

Today, we’ll cover 3 use cases on how you can use Attention AI to increase revenue:

  • Use AI to diagnose why you’re losing deals

  • Understand your best practices (using AI)

  • Prioritize customer requests (using AI)

Let’s get into it 👇

🧠 Note: New to Attention? You can schedule a demo and start using it here.

Diagnose Why You’re Losing Deals

Generalized Insights is a powerful tool that analyzes all your sales conversations and can find out why you’re losing deals.

For example, you can ask it to:

Stack rank the reasons why we are losing deals to our competitors.

It will then analyze all of your sales conversations from the previous quarter and identify several areas where you could improve.

Have a look at this 👇

In this example, you can see that the reason for the drop in sales (based on 400+ conversations) was this:

Negative feedback on the lack of integrations.

Once you successfully diagnose why you are losing deals, you can better prepare for those reasons and have valid justifications before joining your next sales call.

This will result in a significant improvement in your closing rate over the next 6 months.

Understand Your Best Practices

This one is really helpful.

Analyzing how we are doing on sales calls and how we can do better has been historically… well, tedious.

It’s no fun going through all the sales conversations to find ways to improve.

But this new feature now does all of the hard work for me.

You can ask it to:

Show me what our top reps are doing differently than the other ones to win more deals.

It will then analyze the sales conversations and extract the key phrases, pitches, and negotiation tactics that have been successful.

The next step?

Share this valuable insight with the rest of your sales team and monitor how their approach to selling improves with data-backed insights.

This has had a direct impact on our bottom line.

We've improved our sales conversations and optimized our closing strategies, resulting in increased revenue per deal.

Prioritize Customer Requests

One of the headaches with sales is prioritizing customer requests, especially when you receive a lot of requests from enterprise customers.

With Generalized Insights, you can streamline this process by ranking feature requests in order of importance and frequency.

Use this simple prompt:

Rank, by frequency, our customer requests:

This way, your team can focus their development efforts on the features that matter most to your clients.

This has had a huge impact on customer satisfaction.

This will not only improve your customer retention and upsells, but also build more goodwill with your customers hence increasing word-of-mouth (organic) referrals.

Attention is constantly working and improving on their product.

With Generalized Insights, they have truly become a leader in the AI space for sales teams.
