Wordware has raised $30 million to make it easier for people to create AI systems. Instead of having to write complex computer code, Wordware's platform allows users to build AI agents just by using regular language, similar to how you would write a document.

AIs are Getting Better

Ai2, a nonprofit AI research group, has released a new set of AI models called OLMo 2. These models are designed to be completely open-source, meaning the data, code, and methods used to create them are all publicly available. Ai2 says the OLMo 2 models can perform as well as Meta's Llama 3.1 models

OpenAI’s New Trademark

OpenAI has filed a trademark for its latest AI model, called "o1”. The company has been actively trademarking its AI technologies, including "ChatGPT", "Sora", and "DALL-E". OpenAI sees its new "o1" model as the first in a series of "reasoning" models that can fact-check themselves and avoid common AI pitfalls.
