Welcome back to Prompts Daily.
Today, we will learn how to dramatically improve workplace communication that captures your audience’s attention.
How?
By crafting beautiful presentations, documents, and web pages with Gamma for free.
A quick sneak peek into what’s coming in this article:
3 ways Gamma can help you communicate more efficiently at work:
Create with a one-line prompt
Create from notes, an outline, or existing content
Transform or enhance existing docs and presentations
Before we dive in, let's talk about the golden key to great communication: storytelling.
Humans connect with stories. They help us understand and empathize.
In business, stories make complex numbers and technical details easier to grasp and help in decision-making.
Corporate communication now focuses on creating engaging storytelling experiences instead of just sharing information.
For modern businesses, Gamma is the go-to tool for staying relevant. Instead of just presenting dry facts, Gamma helps you share immersive experiences with your audience.
By using data and your specific ideas, Gamma can weave a beautiful story that not only enhances your presentation but ensures it leaves a lasting impression.
Let’s take a look at the 3 most important ways Gamma can help you share your ideas in the workplace:
Create with a one-line prompt
Create from notes, an outline, or existing content
Transform or enhance existing docs and presentations
Let’s dive in. 👇
Now you can start fresh ideas and let Gamma do the groundwork. You can create a presentation, web page, or document with a simple prompt.
Once you know what you want to create the next part is super easy. Just enter a topic or concept, and Gamma will suggest an outline with relevant images and tables for contextual slides.
It’s that simple. If you are struggling to come up with ideas, Gamma has example prompts that can help you get started.
If you already have content, you can easily bring it to life using the "Paste in Text" feature. Here's how:
First, go to the Gamma dashboard and click 'Create with AI,' then select 'Paste in Text.' Paste your notes, outlines, or any text.
Choose the type of content you're making—presentation, document, or web page. For this example, we'll pick 'Presentation.'
In the prompt editor, adjust the text per slide, tone, audience, language, and theme.
You can let the AI handle the content or manually tweak it for more control. Press 'Generate' to let Gamma turn your content into a visually appealing presentation.
This allows our team to use help documents and customer inquiries as brainstorming material during meetings.
Gamma specializes in improving current documents.
To do this, go to the "Import a File" button. You can import from Google Drive or upload a local file such as a PowerPoint or Word document.
After importing, use the available customization tools. Click 'Generate' to transform your document into an engaging, interactive presentation ready for web sharing and display on various devices.
That's it. Now you can create and share your ideas in three different ways, saving time and resources.
With Gamma, you won't spend hours beautifying your deck or dread changing templates mid-presentation.
No need to manually copy, paste, or adjust font sizes. Personalize it your way.
