Accenture (IT consulting) is set to double its team of data and AI experts from 40,000 to 80,000. This move is part of a $3 billion investment to expand their AI capabilities.
The company sees generative AI, particularly large language models (LLMs), as a game-changer. They are currently aiding over 100 of their clients in implementing generative AI projects.
In addition to this, Accenture has developed a tool called AI Navigator to help clients navigate the wide range of AI opportunities available to them.
