NVIDIA has an overwhelming 95% share of the AI chip market, making it larger than tech giants like Tesla and Amazon, and even the entire German stock market.

NVIDIA is doubling down on its AI chip dominance, announcing plans to release a new chip every year, with the upcoming Blackwell platform serving as the foundation for the next generation of trillion-parameter scale generative AI models.

Elon’s AI supercomputer

xAI is reportedly planning to build a massive supercomputer by 2025 to power a more advanced version of Grok.

Musk told investors that this "gigafactory of compute" would rely on tens of thousands of NVIDIA H100 GPUs and cost billions of dollars to construct. Musk said the planned GPU cluster would be at least four times the size of anything used by xAI's competitors.
