{{first_name | Leader}}, welcome back.

AI is entering a new phase. The biggest players are no longer just launching models, they are building public companies, industry-specific products, and entirely new hardware markets.

These are today’s updates.

  • Anthropic goes public

  • Microsoft launches Copilot Health

  • Nvidia's new chip is coming for a $200B market

  • Tools, resources, and a Budget Reallocation Optimizer prompt

. Top News.

Less than a week after closing a $65 billion Series H at a $965 billion valuation, Anthropic filed confidentially for an IPO with the SEC. Share count and price aren't set yet.

The $65 billion round was co-led by Altimeter, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, Sequoia, Capital Group, Coatue, and D1 Capital Partners. It included Amazon's $5 billion commitment as part of a total commitment of up to $25 billion.

Amazon's original $8 billion investment is now worth approximately $74.2 billion. In Q1 2026 alone, they recorded $12.3 billion in other income just from the upward adjustment on that stake. And they still profit from Anthropic's AWS spend on top of that.

OpenAI is expected to file for an IPO, with an $852 billion valuation. Anthropic got there first. The public markets are about to price the AI era for the first time. That's the story worth watching.

Most people manage their health across five different apps and can't remember what their last blood test said.

Microsoft is trying to fix that. Copilot Health is now in preview for Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, and Premium subscribers in the US. It pulls in data from 50,000+ healthcare providers, plus wearables like Apple Health, Fitbit, and Oura, and consolidates everything into one place with personalized insights.

What's worth noting for enterprise leaders is the positioning. Microsoft is building health intelligence directly into the productivity suite that most of your employees already use. The line between workplace tools and personal health is getting thinner.

Jensen Huang has been clear about Nvidia's ambitions. This week they got more specific. Nvidia unveiled RTX Spark, a 1-petaflop PC superchip designed to run AI agents locally and securely. Windows PCs powered by RTX Spark launch this fall from ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface, and MSI. Secure sandboxes are being developed jointly with Microsoft.

The pitch to consumers is simple: stop launching apps, stop clicking, stop typing. Ask, and the PC does the work. The pitch to investors is bigger: a new $200 billion CPU market, on top of the GPU business Nvidia already dominates.

Intel and AMD built the last era of personal computing. Nvidia is making a direct claim on the next one.
