Use AI As Your Customer Service
Solve your customer issues *much* faster
Reading time: 2 minutes (as always)
PS. There is a question I wanted to ask you. But it’s at the end not to disturb your reading experience.
Please reply if you have the time.
Let’s get into the prompt for today… 👇
Prompt: Using AI as Your Customer Service Assistant
Let’s say you’re using Gmail.
And you want to change a particular setting.
Let’s say you never want to miss an issue from your favorite newsletter.
I don’t know your favorite newsletter.
Let’s give it an arbitrary name of “💡Prompt Engineering Daily” (a completely random one that came to mind lol).
You know the “desired output” which is to never miss an issue of the newsletter. But you don’t know how to get there.
You can use AI to become your personal customer service agent.
You don’t have to Google anymore. You don’t have to reach out to anyone at Google anymore either.
Just ask AI:
“Give you step-by-step instructions” on how to do it (see example below):
Try It For Yourself
Copy the prompt below:
I'm a Gmail user. I subscribe to this newsletter called "💡 Prompt Engineering Daily".
I would like to never miss an issue from the newsletter.
How do I ensure that? Give me simple step-by step instructions.
My Question
You probably found this newsletter through this viral thread.
This is the first issue.
As you are one of my first customers, I need your feedback (to make this product even better for you)…
Here are the questions:
What’s good?
What’s terrible (be honest with me)?
Do you like the format (ie. just prompts)? Or would you like me to share news too?
Would you like prompts and news (around AI)? |
I asked a question to few of y’all yesterday and got a ton of replies.
Do it again.
Flood my inbox with replies.
How much would you pay for this email?I don't like when people ask "did you find it valuable"? That's so vague. Instead, how much would you pay for this email hitting your inbox? |
👋 That’s it for today! see you tomorrow.
