Every employee has different needs. They stay for different reasons and leave for some.
More employees are now staying for reasons more than just money. Fulfillment, mission, activities, and of course compensation.
We can use ChatGPT to quickly identify unique strategies to help retain employees in different sections: digital marketers, designers, analysts etc

The general idea is to encourage collaboration and recognize contribution (through rewards) which is pretty basic but there is some specificity in each strategy which makes them unique.
