NEWS UPDATES

Google is Renting

Google is renting Nvidia AI servers from CoreWeave due to a global chip shortage, it has already ordered over $10 billion of Nvidia's newest Blackwell chips. Google is also talking to CoreWeave's competitors to rent more chips. CoreWeave's stock has jumped 53% since it started trading on the Nasdaq last week.

ChatGPT's Profits

ChatGPT now earns $415 million monthly, a 30% increase in just three months. OpenAI added 4.5 million new paying subscribers since last year. The company is growing so fast that it's having trouble keeping up, with service delays and seeking more computing power.

AI Video Extender

Adobe has released a new AI feature called Generative Extend, which can add up to two seconds to video clips without reshooting. It works in 4K quality and can extend background sounds too. These tools are free for now but will later cost Firefly credits.
