Microsoft has opened up its Copilot GPT Builder tool, which allows users to create customized versions of its AI assistant Copilot, to all paid Pro subscribers for $30 per month.
Users can build new "Copilot GPTs" with plain English instructions. Created GPTs can be configured to retrieve additional information from files and support capabilities like web browsing and image generation.
Midjourney has introduced a new feature called "Character Reference" to generate consistent characters across multiple images by referencing a URL to a previously generated image of that character.
This helps with tasks like storyboarding where the same character needs to appear in different scenes. The feature is still in early testing but shows promise for making Midjourney more useful for professional creative work.
China has implemented an AI system to manage its extensive high-speed rail network, which spans 45,000 kilometers. The AI system analyzes real-time data from across the country to identify potential issues with the rail infrastructure and alert maintenance teams.
The AI has achieved a 95% accuracy rate in detecting anomalies within 40 minutes and reduced minor track faults by 80% over the past year.
That’s all.
Stay curious, leaders!
