OpenAI Plans to Shift
OpenAI is planning a major shift in where it gets its computing power over the next 5-10 years. Currently, Microsoft provides most of the startup's data center capacity. However, by 2030, OpenAI expects to get three-quarters of its computing power from Stargate, a project that is expected to be heavily financed by SoftBank, one of OpenAI's newer investors.
Humanoid Robot for Home
1X has unveiled its latest home robot prototype, the Neo Gamma, which builds on its previous Neo Beta model. The Neo Gamma is designed for in-home testing with a knitted nylon suit intended to reduce potential injuries from robot-human contact.
Grok 3 For Free
X's new Grok 3 AI chatbot is now available for free to all X users. In addition to standard chat features, Grok 3 offers advanced capabilities like DeepSearch, which allows it to research topics extensively across the web and provide detailed reports.
