Apple’s $500B Project

Apple is planning a $500 billion investment in the United States over the next 4 years. The company will open a new factory in Texas to make computer servers for its AI. Apple also says it will hire 20,000 more workers across the country during this time, mostly for jobs in research, engineering, software, and artificial intelligence.

Charged per Second

Google released a new AI video generation model called Veo 2. According to the company's pricing page, using Veo 2 will cost 50 cents per second of video generated, which adds up to $30 per minute or $1,800 per hour.

MongoDB is buying a company called Voyage AI. Voyage AI’s technology can help companies build trustworthy AI applications. This will allow MongoDB's customers to create AI-powered apps that provide very accurate and relevant information.
