Grammarly is buying Superhuman to fold its fast-compose inbox into Grammarly’s writing suite. The deal pairs Superhuman’s shortcut-heavy email client with Grammarly’s style and tone engine, aiming to own every word from draft to send.

xAI raises $10 billion in debt and equity
