Perplexity has acquired the professional networking platform Read.cv. This acquisition is a part of Perplexity's ongoing efforts to expand its functionality and reach. As part of the acquisition, Read.cv will officially cease operations on January 18, 2025. Users will have until May 16 to export their data.

Runway has released a new image generator called Frames. Frames can create images that look very cinematic and professional. Frames allow users to design their own unique visual styles and maintain that style across many different images.
