Both OpenAI and Anthropic are now setting up joint ventures to go deeper into enterprise. Anthropic’s version is a ~$1.5B setup with backing from Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman, while OpenAI is going bigger with a reported $4B raise at a $10B valuation.

The structure is similar, partner with large asset managers and use their portfolio companies as distribution. But the more interesting part is that it’s about getting closer to customers, with more forward-deployed engineers working directly with enterprises to make AI actually usable inside real workflows.

KPMG rolled out an internal dashboard that tracks how frequently consultants are using AI tools. On paper, it sounds like a push toward deeper adoption. In reality, it’s also turning usage into a visible metric, you can compare yourself against targets and even peers. The firm says over 90% of its US employees already use AI weekly, but wants to push that further.

The catch is that employees are already saying it’s easy to game. One prompt a day and you’re technically “active.” So it’s less about real impact for now, more about making AI usage visible and expected.

At the Milken Institute, Nvidia’s CEO pushed back on the usual “AI will take jobs” narrative. His take is simpler: AI replaces tasks, not entire roles. And more importantly, it creates new demand, especially around infrastructure, factories, and the broader AI economy.

He framed it as a re-industrialization moment for the US. What stood out, though, is where he pushed harder, the idea that fear itself might slow adoption more than the tech ever could. Less “AI will replace you,” more “not using it might.”
