AI in Porsche

Volkswagen has founded a new AI lab to generate new product ideas and potential collaborations. The lab aims to develop early-stage prototypes of AI-optimized charging, predictive maintenance, and voice recognition.

The goal is to help Volkswagen innovate faster than through its existing processes. Any promising prototypes would then be passed to Volkswagen brands like Audi and Porsche for further development and implementation.

100 updates in Shopify

Shopify has just unveiled over 100 new updates, some of which are AI features. "Shopify Magic" can automatically generate product descriptions and marketing materials.

Smart Sidekick is another new AI tool that provides personalized recommendations to manage inventory, acquire customers, and make decisions.

AI in Telecom

Indian telecom giant, Jio, has announced a new AI-powered platform called “Jio Brain” that will integrate AI into telecom, enterprise, and IT networks without requiring infrastructure changes.

Jio Brain is designed to offer custom AI solutions and services to enterprises for tasks like image, video, text, and speech generation. While mainly for enterprises, it will offer individual AI services that can be paid for based on usage.
