Microsoft launched Copilot Cowork inside its Microsoft 365 Frontier program, extending Copilot from a chat assistant into an agent that can execute multi-step tasks across apps like Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. The system uses a multi-model setup combining OpenAI and Anthropic models to improve accuracy and grounding in enterprise workflows. It can handle long-running tasks such as research, drafting, and updating documents while keeping actions visible and auditable. Access is currently limited to selected enterprise customers in the Frontier program.
Mistral AI secured $830 million in debt financing from a group of global banks to build a new data center near Paris. The facility will use Nvidia Grace Blackwell infrastructure, including around 13,800 GB300 GPUs, with a total capacity of 44 MW, and is expected to go live in Q2 2026. This marks Mistral’s first major debt round and expands its in-house compute and inference capabilities.
Bluesky is launching Attie, an AI tool that lets users create custom feeds using natural language instead of code. Users sign in through the ATProto-based Atmosphere identity layer, and Attie can generate personalized feeds based on interests, activity, and preferences across interoperable apps in the ecosystem. The tool is designed to simplify feed customization and make it accessible to non-developers.
